Would you like your LED TV Wall Mounted? Do you know where the studs are, do you have a level? 

Don't worry, I have all the tools needed and  have mounted dozens of LED TV's from 32" to 95"

The larger the TV and/or the condition of the mounting area will determine the final costs. Most installations are straight forward when working with a wood frame home or cement wall condo. There are options for Metal Studs walls if the mount is stationary and TV is not over 50" (usually).

Ready to replace your toilet? Do you want to replace your toilet with a fully ready Bidet, or would you like to Add-On a Bidet? I can help with this project. Depending upon the condition(s) of current plumbing, valves, etc the price may vary as time or materials may be needed. 

Do you have a drywall area that shows past damage from a door handle, or water damage? Was your drywall replaced too fast and there is a noticeable line you would like reduced?

Area will be repaired and matching paint applied. 

Time and Materials will adjust estimate.

Cool off with a new CEILING FAN. Service includes: Removal of your old ceiling fan if necessary, install a new ceiling fan that you provide (or I can pick up from Home Depot). Cost of fan, supplies or electrical parts/wire may change estimate.
